🛒 Placing an order

When you place an order you're confirming that you've read and agreed to these terms. Everything is subject to availability and on rare occasions we may need to cancel an order. If that ever happens we'll always reach out to let you know. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order goes through.

💳 Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is handled securely at checkout through our payment provider. We're not responsible for any extra fees your bank or card provider might charge on their end.

📦 Shipping

For everything related to shipping times and tracking, check out our Shipping Policy. Once an order is on its way we can't change the delivery address, so please double check yours before placing your order. We're not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or anything else outside our control.

🚫 All sales are final

Since everything is custom printed to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something arrives damaged or wrong please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll take care of it. We're not able to issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong address entered at checkout
• Carrier delays
• Orders the carrier marks as delivered

💬 Chargebacks

If something goes wrong with your order, please message us first — we genuinely want to fix it. Filing a chargeback without reaching out to us first isn't something we're able to support, and disputes will be resolved in favor of Mokopuni Art Shop. Completing a purchase means you've agreed to these terms.

🎨 Our artwork

All artwork, designs, and branding belong to Mokopuni Art Shop. Buying a product doesn't give you the rights to reproduce, resell, or use the artwork in any other way. If you're ever unsure about what's okay, just ask!

🏪 Wholesale

Mokopuni Art Shop is a wholesale shop, so by shopping here you're confirming you're a retail business buying for resale. Wholesale pricing can't be combined with discount codes unless we've specifically said so. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion.

🔒 Your information

We only collect the information needed to process your order and get in touch with you about it. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone outside of what's needed to fulfill your order (like passing your address to a shipping carrier). Placing an order means you're okay with that.

📝 Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to shop with us after an update means you're good with the new terms.
