🚫 All sales are final
Because our stickers are custom printed to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. Each order is made specifically for you, so once it's in production we can't reverse it. We appreciate your understanding on this!s
📸 Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- A photo of what arrived
- A quick description of the issue
We'll review it and get back to you within 48 hours with a resolution. Whether that's a replacement or a refund, we'll make it right.
❌ What we can't refund
We aren't able to issue refunds or replacements for the following:
- Change of mind
- Wrong address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Orders the carrier has marked as delivered
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
📦 Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or your package has been stuck in transit for more than 5 business days without movement, reach out right away. We'll look into it and do our best to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
💬 Chargebacks
If there's ever a problem with your order, please reach out to us before filing a chargeback. We genuinely want to fix it. Disputes filed without contacting us first will be resolved in favor of Mokopuni Art Shop. Completing a purchase means you've agreed to this policy.
⏱️ How long do refunds take?
If a refund is approved, it'll be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank this can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to show up. We'll always let you know once it's been issued on our end.
