✦ How your order gets to you
Day 1
You place your order
Once your order is submitted we will review everything and reach out to you for any questions/concerns before it moves to production.
Days 1 to 2
Production begins
Our stickers are custom printed in the USA with a 3 business day turnaround. All stickers are waterproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant that are built to last!
Days 3 to 5
Your order ships
Once printed and quality checked, your order will be shipped directly to you. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow along. Transit typically takes 1 to 5 business days within the US.
By day 7 to 10
Your stickers arrive!
Your order lands at your door carefully packaged and ready to enjoy. If anything looks off when it arrives please reach out right away and we will make it right!
✦ A few things worth knowing
📅 Processing days
Our timeline runs Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the next business day. We recommend a little extra buffer if ordering ahead of an event.
📦 Tracking information
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days please reach out and we will look into it right away.
💌US Domestic shipping only
At this time we only ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future and if you are an international customer feel free to reach out and we will keep you in the loop!
🌧️ Delays beyond our control
Occasional carrier delays, weather events, or high volume periods can extend transit times. We will always communicate proactively if something is holding up your order.
✦ Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives with any damage, printing issues, or missing items please reach out to us directly within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. We wil handle everything on our end and a replacement or resolution will follow within 48 hours of hearing from you.
🚫 All sales final
Because our stickers are custom printed to order we are not able to accept returns. If something is genuinely wrong with what you received we will always work to make it right. That is a promise not a loophole. When in doubt just reach out!
🔍 Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or a package has been in transit without movement for more than 5 business days, contact us right away. We will investigate and get things sorted quickly.
